BPCM Baby Land English Medium High School in Kokrajhar is inviting qualified candidates to join our team as Assistant Teachers. We are seeking individuals with a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Teacher (English) – 1 Opening:

  • Graduate in B.A. (English) or M.A. (English).
  • B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification required.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Assistant Teacher (Geography) – 1 Opening:

  • Graduate in B.A. (Geography) or M.A. (Geography).
  • B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification required.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Pre-Primary Female Teacher – 1 Opening:

  • Graduate with a preference for Montessori Training
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
Basic Requirements:
  • Graduation from a recognized university in India.
  • Maximum age of 45 years as of 01/01/2024.
  • Preference given to experienced candidates.
Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on merit through a three-phase interview process:

  1. Written Test
  2. Oral Test
  3. Performance in Demo Class
Salary and Contractual Terms:
  • Fixed salary of Rs-10,000 per month.
  • Initial contract period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
  • Services may be terminated without notice if performance is unsatisfactory

  • Last date of submission: 28th February 2024 (Wednesday).

Important Notes to Remember:
  • Candidates will undergo a pre-interview assessment by the selection/recruitment committee.
  • Mobile or any Electronic devices are not allowed in the interview room.
  • Reporting time: 30 minutes before the interview.
  • No travel allowance (T/A) or daily allowance (D/A) is admissible.
  • Reference from any source will not be entertained.
  • The interview will be conducted in three phases: written test, oral test, and a demo class.
